December make up

Hello lovelies, I thought for my first proper post I would post about the make-up I've bought recently, as I don't have my little sister to take outfits photos of me! I've bought a fair few bits and bobs for myself recently, despite trying to stop spending on me and buying christmas presents for other people -  oops! anywhoo, here is a selection of what I have bought.
It's only a few wee things but I thought 4 is enough to get me started!
First of all I want to look at the Naked palette from Urban Decay.
I have been lusting over this for years and years, but I had never seen it in the flesh until a few months ago when my flatmate bought one. The Naked Palette one is pretty hard to come by these days, and I've had friends order theirs from America for nearly £50 but I was super lucky with this and managed to find one on Ebay for only £9.99! Honestly it is the biggest bargain of my entire life. The colours are all absolutely gorgeous with their bronze/neutral hues which range from dark to light, which is perfect for any lover of smokey eyes, like myself. This is definitely going to see a lot of use in the coming years!
Aberdeen is now the proud owner of a M.A.C. Cosmetics store as of a few weeks ago, so obviously I had to go down and check it out and get myself some foundation, although sadly they had run out of the colour that matched me, so I got this handy little tester which is enough to get me through the festive season! I got the studio fix foundation in NW10 (it's so pale that it blends into my cream walls, what a cringe) and it is amazing. Its easy to apply with a brush or just fingers and blends seamlessly into the skin. It's coverage is really good despite only having medium coverage too, which is a bonus! I will definitely be going back to buy it when my shade comes back into stock!
This is another little bargain of mine - a Philosophy satin finish illuminating powder. Initially I bought this for my mum but I decided that actually it was meant for meee! With the MAC foundation being so pale, I decided I definitely needed something to brighten me up a little bit, and when I found this is TK Maxx I knew it was perfect. The colour is just a little darker than my foundation so it just gives me a bit more colour which means it is perfect but the cherry on top is that its sparkly!! What more do you want for the festive season than a little bit of glitter? And not back for £5 down from £20 too!
I also bought this body shop mango body scrub for my mum but after smelling it I could not resist (don't worry, I do have some other presents for her!). The sugary sweet smell of the mango is heavenly without being too sickly, and it leaves your body feeling as smooth as a baby dolphin. Perfect for £5!
