Polyvore is the cutest and this is my first creation! I'm not massively into colour but I think the black and white tartan and flashes of gold jewellery really help bring some life into this outfit! Now just to try and buy everything.......

Christmas in Aberdeen!!!!
Sunday was our house christmas dinner and it was the first time all five of us ate the same meal at the same time!!!! I am sooo stuffed now though, I must have eaten my weight in sausages and bacon. Here are some wee snaps of my outfit and what I got for my secret santa!!
Excuse my face and my bare feet! My dress is a cute little number that I got for christmas last year from Mango. I think it's supposed to be bodycon but mine is too big - booooo. The dress is jazzed up with a navy woolen/glittery panel which is very festive but also quirky due to the weird angles of the panel (if a little itchy because of the wool). I couldn't really get a good photo of it tonight but here's a photo of me from the lacrosse ball wearing the same dress where you can properly see the shape of the dress.
it's v pretty yes?
This is my present from my babygirl Morven!!!!! She got me this before I bought my Naked Palette but I still love it loads and loads because of the huge variety of colours. I've never heard this brand before, but apparently it's really popular in Germany where she's from? Let me know!
Anyway I hope you are all having a fab time getting ready for christmas, I hope you're as festive as I am; I've been wearing my christmas hat since wednesday!!!!!

December make up
Hello lovelies, I thought for my first proper post I would post about the make-up I've bought recently, as I don't have my little sister to take outfits photos of me! I've bought a fair few bits and bobs for myself recently, despite trying to stop spending on me and buying christmas presents for other people - oops! anywhoo, here is a selection of what I have bought.
It's only a few wee things but I thought 4 is enough to get me started!
First of all I want to look at the Naked palette from Urban Decay.
I have been lusting over this for years and years, but I had never seen it in the flesh until a few months ago when my flatmate bought one. The Naked Palette one is pretty hard to come by these days, and I've had friends order theirs from America for nearly £50 but I was super lucky with this and managed to find one on Ebay for only £9.99! Honestly it is the biggest bargain of my entire life. The colours are all absolutely gorgeous with their bronze/neutral hues which range from dark to light, which is perfect for any lover of smokey eyes, like myself. This is definitely going to see a lot of use in the coming years!
Aberdeen is now the proud owner of a M.A.C. Cosmetics store as of a few weeks ago, so obviously I had to go down and check it out and get myself some foundation, although sadly they had run out of the colour that matched me, so I got this handy little tester which is enough to get me through the festive season! I got the studio fix foundation in NW10 (it's so pale that it blends into my cream walls, what a cringe) and it is amazing. Its easy to apply with a brush or just fingers and blends seamlessly into the skin. It's coverage is really good despite only having medium coverage too, which is a bonus! I will definitely be going back to buy it when my shade comes back into stock!
This is another little bargain of mine - a Philosophy satin finish illuminating powder. Initially I bought this for my mum but I decided that actually it was meant for meee! With the MAC foundation being so pale, I decided I definitely needed something to brighten me up a little bit, and when I found this is TK Maxx I knew it was perfect. The colour is just a little darker than my foundation so it just gives me a bit more colour which means it is perfect but the cherry on top is that its sparkly!! What more do you want for the festive season than a little bit of glitter? And not back for £5 down from £20 too!
I also bought this body shop mango body scrub for my mum but after smelling it I could not resist (don't worry, I do have some other presents for her!). The sugary sweet smell of the mango is heavenly without being too sickly, and it leaves your body feeling as smooth as a baby dolphin. Perfect for £5!
Hey ho!
Hi there! This is going to be a bit experimental as I never thought I'd be the kind to run a blog until my flatmate mentioned that I would be good at it last week, so I thought I'd give it a shot! A wee bit about me is that I live in Aberdeen for uni, but my heart is still in Glasgow (the best city in my opinion) where I live in the holidays. I will probably be mostly posting about clothes and probably make up too as I have a new found love for the stuff!!!!!!
Anyway, I hope you keep reading this, one day I might be successfull (hahaaaaaa)
